Only the processors needed to run the service: Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments, subscriptions, and cancellation-fee card storage), and our hosting provider(see the Terms for the current list). We don't sell personal data, and we don't share a shop's customer data with any other shop on Klivo.

Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. If you're a customer of a Klivo-powered shop, contact that shop directly first; they control your booking data. For anything Klivo holds directly (e.g. a shop owner's own account), email hello@klivo.cy. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy). The controller's legal identity and address are on the Imprint page.
Klivo uses one essential cookie to keep a shop owner logged in, and a session cookie for an optional booking-page PIN gate where a shop enables it. No advertising or tracking cookies.
