Removal, set, art: one booking.
A nail appointment is rarely one thing. Removal, a new set, a little art, maybe a pedicure, and ten minutes to clean the tools before the next client sits down. Klivo books all of it as one appointment, with the time it really takes.
How a nail day actually runs

One visit, several services
Clients pick a main service and add removal, French or nail art on top. Klivo adds up the time and the price and books one slot, so a 60-minute gel set with a 15-minute removal blocks 75 minutes, not 60.

Time to clean the tools, built in
Set a cleanup buffer for the whole studio or per service: 15 minutes after a pedicure, none after a polish change. The client books the service; the cleanup time is simply never offered to the next person.

A clear menu means fewer wrong bookings
Group services into Manicure and Pedicure and add a short "more info" line where clients mix things up, like hygiene pedicure versus gel pedicure.

Infill or new set
Price them as two services, "Infill within 3 weeks" and "New set", with a line explaining the difference. Klivo does not check when a client was last in, so the description does the work.

A quick fix between two sets
You can always add a booking yourself from the calendar, even on top of another one. The online page never double-books. You can, on purpose.

No-shows on two-hour sets
Turn on the late-cancellation and no-show fee. The client saves a card when booking and you set the amount; it is only charged if they cancel late or don't come.

What it doesn't do yet
- Count stations. With four manicure tables and two pedicure chairs, Klivo plans by person, not by chair.
- Know who does what. Every team member can be booked for every service; if only one of you does extensions, say so in the service description.
- Remind clients to rebook. There is no automatic "time for your infill" text yet.
