Do I need a card to start?
No. Klivo runs the first month without a card. You only add one if you decide to continue.
What happens after the free month?
You choose to continue at €19 a month, or your account pauses. Nothing is charged without your decision.
Is there a contract or notice period?
No. Klivo runs in 30-day periods that renew automatically. Cancel from your settings whenever you like, it ends with the current period.
I have a bigger team. Is €19 for me?
€19 covers one shop or practice with a small team. For a larger team or more than one location we are building an Enterprise plan. Write to us and we will tell you first when it is ready.
Are SMS messages included?
Yes. Klivo includes confirmations and reminders in the €19, nothing is metered on top.
Is there a commission on bookings?
Never. Klivo takes no commission, not on new clients, not on old ones, not on any channel.
Is VAT included?
No. Klivo is a business service, so the price is net. Cyprus VAT at 19% is added on the invoice, and you reclaim it as any business does.
