Do I need a card to start?
No. Klivo runs the first month without a card. You only add one if you decide to continue.
What happens after the free month?
You choose to continue at €19 (Solo) or €29 (Team) a month, or your account pauses. Nothing is charged without your decision.
Is there a contract or notice period?
No. Klivo runs in 30-day periods that renew automatically. Cancel from your settings whenever you like, it ends with the current period.
Which plan do I need?
Solo if you are the only person taking bookings. Team as soon as a second person works with you, whether that is two people or ten. The price does not climb per head.
Can my staff see each other's bookings?
No. On Team every staff member logs in with their own account and sees only their own calendar and clients. Only the admin sees the whole shop and can change services, hours and settings.
Are SMS messages included?
Yes. Klivo includes confirmations and reminders in both plans, nothing is metered on top.
Is there a commission on bookings?
Never. Klivo takes no commission, not on new clients, not on old ones, not on any channel.
Is VAT included?
No. Klivo is a business service, so the price is net. Cyprus VAT at 19% is added on the invoice, and you reclaim it as any business does.
