A chair, a barber, a time.
That is the whole booking.
Barbering is short appointments and regulars who want the same person every time. Klivo keeps it that quick: service, barber, time, done. And at €15 a cut, a flat price with no commission matters more than anywhere else.
How a barber's week runs
- 01
Pick your barber
With more than one barber, clients choose who cuts them or take whoever is free. Each barber has their own hours and days off.
- 02
Thursday and Sunday, sorted
Cyprus law closes hair salons and barbershops on Thursdays and Sundays (shop hours law 155(I)/2006, article 21). Set your closed days once; when you open on the Thursday before a holiday, add that date with its own hours and the booking page follows.
- 03
Walk-ins still count
Someone walks in? Add them from the calendar so the slot is gone online too. Klivo does not run a waiting queue; it keeps the chair from being booked twice.
- 04
Cut and beard in one go
Haircut plus beard trim books as one appointment with the combined time, and the next booking can start right after it. No forced gaps.
- 05
Full of regulars?
Turn on the PIN link and only clients you give the code to can book online. Everyone else calls or walks in.
- 06
No commission on a €15 cut
A marketplace's share of a first visit hurts most on a short, cheap appointment. Klivo is €19 a month, €29 with a team, however many cuts you do.

What it doesn't do yet
- Run a walk-in queue or show a live wait time.
- Offer 15-minute start times. Online slots start on the hour and the half hour, or right after the previous appointment.
- Remind clients when they are due. There is no automatic "time for a fade" text yet.
We build these with the shops that use Klivo. Tell us which one you need first.
