Everything a small shop needs.
Nothing it doesn't.
Klivo does the part of running a shop or a practice that used to live in your DMs and your head: who is coming, when, for what, and did they get reminded. Everything below is built and switched on. Nothing is coming soon.
Three protections, off by default.
Booking approval
Every new booking waits for your yes. The slot is held while it waits, and the client is told the moment you confirm or decline.
PIN-protected link
Give the code only to clients you know. Anyone else sees a locked page. Five wrong tries and it pauses for fifteen minutes.
Cancellation fee
Ask for a card at booking and charge a fee you set only for late cancellations or no-shows. Free cancellation window is yours to choose.
The small things that add up.
Clients reschedule themselves
A link in every confirmation lets a client move or cancel without calling you, up to 24 hours before.
Per-service durations and prices
A haircut is 30 minutes, a physio session 45, a gel manicure 60. The calendar knows, so it never overbooks.
Buffers between appointments
Ten minutes to clean up after every client, or after one particular service. Set once, respected everywhere.
Staff in their own colour
Every team member has a colour on the calendar and their own bookings. Clients can pick who they want.
Customer history
Every visit, every service, every contact detail, in one place. Search by name or phone.
Export any time
Your client list and bookings as a file, whenever you want them. Your data does not live behind a paywall.
The ones we get asked.
Do my clients need an app or an account?
No. Clients open your Klivo link, pick a person, a service and a time, and leave a name and phone number. Nothing to install.
Can two clients end up in the same slot?
No. Availability is checked again on our side before a booking is written, so a slot cannot be taken twice at the same moment.
Can I still take bookings by phone?
Yes. Type them straight into the calendar. They block time exactly like online ones.
Does it work in Greek?
On both sides. Your client picks the language on your page, you pick the language of your admin.
Can I put the link in my Instagram bio?
That is the point of it. It also works in a WhatsApp status, a Google profile, or sent straight to a client.
